Know Ye that I John ANDERSON doth give, grant, set over to James ANDERSON and Nathan ANDERSON, all my whole Estate that is to say all my land, Household furniture whatsoever I now possess to have and to hold forever to their own proper use and behoof and in Consideration thereof the sd James & Nathan ANDERSON doth Covenant and agree to maintain the said John ANDERSON and Wife and in Consideration thereof I do hereby put the sd James and Nathan ANDERSON in full possession have and to hold forever to them & their Heirs & Assigns, the party having set their hands & seals this 2d day of April 1798.John ( his I mark ) Anderson { Seal }
