I found this deed using FamilySearch’s new AI Full-Text Search tool.
I was searching for “Elisha Morris” and I set the place to North Carolina and I stumbled on this. (Actually, I had tried a variety of counties because I’ve found the AI sometimes gets confused about the places, for instance, sometimes it seems to put Beaufort County items in Carteret County’s location because there is a town called Beaufort, North Carolina in Carteret County.
Here is a transcription of the pertinent parts of the deed (Full image below.)

John Williams and Solomon Williams and W Williams are my ancestors.
Do you have a tree or anything online? I don’t have nearly as much information on those Williams as I would like to. We come from the family of Talbot Williams through his daughter Caroline “Kitty” who married Laban Morris. I think your ancestor John Williams was a bondsman on Laban‘s marriage to Kitty!
